In Primorsky Krai will set up a special fund from which the money will be spent on the repair of apartment buildings.

Over the corresponding bill now working parliament. It prescribed the procedure for calculating the minimum contribution for repair, support measures at the state level, the use of funds.
There will also be elaborated list of homes in need of repair, a list of works and the marginal cost of major rehabilitation of housing, and the order of contractors and financing. The bill should be ready by the end of this year, it will operate for 30 years.
According to the project, the Foundation will manage the overhaul and means homeowners, act as a customer operations and monitor the quality of works. However, no work will not be undertaken without the co-tenant solutions.
Co-financing scheme is as follows: 20 percent will be paid by homeowners, 40 percent - the municipal budget, and another 40 percent will add edge "- the first vice-governor of Primorsky Krai Alexander Kostenko.
