The Swedish delegation includes officials from the Embassy of supervising the direction of the economy, culture, trade and investment, as well as directors and managers of a number of companies in the country, doing business in Russia, project coordinator for the development of cooperation with foreign countries.

Therefore, this first visit of such a representative delegation from Sweden is regarded as a landmark moment of recognition of Vladivostok prospects not only in the Asia-Pacific region and the European community. During the short but intensive presentations, members of the Swedish delegation expressed their intention to co-operation with colleagues from Vladivostok in the fields of electric power, energy and heat saving, sanitation, supply of power equipment and instrumentation, environmental projects, education and language programs. A significant part of these proposals, said Igor Pushkarev, meets Vladivostok and requires a more objective analysis for the preparation and implementation of joint business plans.
During the meeting, the guests were also considerable awareness of the details of the economic and political life of Vladivostok.
