For today in the city are registered 269 disadvantaged young people, 15 of them have committed anycrimes other 15 people conditionally convicted. Registered in the city is 271 dysfunctional family, where 473 children. Curation of disadvantaged adolescents and children "at risk" carry 38 juvenile inspectors. Head of the organizing committee of the juvenile and the protection of the rights of the Administration of Vladivostok Victoria Zorina acquainted the audience with statistics and the basic directions in the work of the commission. One of the priorities was to work for the early detection of family problems, and the adoption of individual preventive measures against parents who do not fulfill their responsibilities for the upbringing, maintenance and education of children. Juvenile committee conducts interagency raids in such families with the participation of representatives of the guardianship, social protection, juvenile inspectors, for which the city administration regularly allocated car. For the first six months of 2013 was organized by the 49 inter-raids, which visited 404 disadvantaged families. Under the sponsorship of socially troubled families repeatedly issued diapers, clothing for children and parents, shoes, toys, stationery. For families living on the island Popov, sponsors were assisted food parcels, clothing, footwear, household chemicals, issued to first-graders portfolios with notebooks and stationery. Wards for children from low-income families was organized master class hairdressing, beauty salon sponsor of the "Children's quarter." All families who are at risk, are constantly under the control of the system of prevention. Victoria Zorina accentuated attention to the fact that the organization of individual approach to each family, targeted assistance makes the most efficient use of available resources and agencies of prevention. Also bodies of prevention is doing a great job for the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Since 2011 the management held coordination meetings with the courts of the city of Vladivostok on interagency cooperation in the protection of the rights of minors, following which the court held open meetings with the invitation of minors at risk, which had a strong impression on the young and forced to think about their future conduct . Prevention is one of the main activities of the commissions for minors and protection of their rights. As part of working with adolescents on probation in 2013 was organized and held in check Nakhodka Juvenile Correctional Facility.
