Just two cases of poorly motivated killings committed in the Primorye Territory. In the first case, the murder took place at the station Galenki October district. Investigators was prosecuted for the crime under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). On suspicion of committing a crime arrested a neighbor of the victim. The suspect confessed to the crime, explaining that the conflict arose because of torn sneakers. As it turned out, the neighbor (the one who was later killed), he took someone else's shoes without permission, soiled and torn. Master's shoes is so angry that on the night of August 102013 he threw on his neck neighbor unidentified object (presumably, cord or wire), who has taken away his ability to breathe and thus killed him. Yesterday, the duty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Vladivostok, it was reported that in a house on the street Neybuta murder. Police officers found that about four in the morning in the stairwell of the house between 21-year-old girl and her neighbor had a quarrel. The cause of the conflict was the remark made by a man about the violation of silence at night. In a quarrel broke husband girl who struck a neighbor stationery scissors kick. From his injuries 24-year-old man died on the spot. As the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Vladivostok, materials are transferred to the Investigation Committee for further action.
