The criminal case related to the fact that the doctor wrote out of Dalnegorsk forged prescriptions for codeine preparations, ended July 15 verdict of guilty. As the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» Senior Assistant Attorney Primorye Elena Telegina, Dalnegorsky District Court convicted a former doctor at the local hospital, who was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Art. 292 of the Criminal Code (forgery). As stated at the hearing, the physician therapist receiving and Discharge Department KGBUZ "Dalnegorsky Central Hospital" with July 2012 for almost half a year, using his official position, brought false information on official documents - recipes. Thus, in order to obtain drugs for personal consumption containing drugs, prescription forms he designed for individuals who do not seek medical help and did not actually need to use these drugs. In the future, all the recipes they have been implemented in the urban district of pharmacy items. The actions of the doctor set 31 fact of forgery of official documents, which give the right to receive such drugs. These irregularities in the actions of the official health agencies identified the city's Procuratorate Dalnegorsk checking the implementation of legislation in the sphere of drug trafficking in KGBUZ "Dalnegorsky central city hospital." Materials prosecutor's check, and served as the basis for initiating the criminal case. Having recognized the defendant guilty of the crime, the court sentenced him for what he did to the 10 months of corrective labor with 10% of earnings to the state. The name "crocodile" substance obtained because of severe side effects associated with necrosis of tissues of the body (most often - the hands and feet), resulting in people who regularly drink desomorphine, lose limbs.
