Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Russian Far East has received from the Ministry of Justice of the documents confirming the resumption of the work of this organization. Recall, the Association was suspended last fall.
«The Association informs that it has received two orders of the Ministry of Justice, from March 112013 on the state registration of constituent documents of the association, on 13 March 2013 on the reactivation of the public organization», — First Vice-President of the Association Rodion Sulyandziga.
In addition, it is reported that on March 28-29 will be held in Salekhard seventh Congress of Indigenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East, which was in jeopardy due to the suspension of the association.
As already reported IA Primore24 the Ministry suspended the association representing the interests of more than 40 people, for the period from November 12012 to April 202013 explaining that its statute violates the law. Check has not confirmed its national status, and among its members are public associations, which are not legal persons.
