Welcoming the delegation of Suifenhe, Helen Nowicka stressed the importance of strengthening and developing the traditions of good neighborliness and comprehensive cooperation established between the two cities. Chairman of the Duma of the city of Vladivostok in detail told the guests about the main directions of the representative body of the city, its structure and meaning in the management of Vladivostok. In turn, Mikhail Veselov drew attention to the fact that one of the priorities in the activities of his committee on local government, law and order and the rule of law is to work with young people, support for the most enterprising guys who are ready to benefit native city and its residents. In response, the head of the Chinese delegation Ms. Wang Junbo thanked for the warm welcome and expressed the hope that further strengthen communication and cooperation of representative bodies of Vladivostok and Suifenhe will be a good platform for the development of our cities. It also gave the chairman of the Duma of Vladivostok Elena Nowitzki and the deputies an official invitation to visit the international exhibition of cross-border trade - 2013 to be held in August in the city of Suifenhe.
