In Primorye, discussed the creation of the Fisheries Industry

Vladivostok held a joint meeting of the regional administration and the Federal Agency for Fisheries on the establishment of the Far East fishing industry with a modern port infrastructure and refrigeration capacity.

It was attended by Vice-Governor Sergei Sidorenko, deputy head of the Federal Agency for Fishery Vasily Sokolov, the specialists of the regional department of fisheries and aquatic resources, the leaders of the Association of Fishery Enterprises Primorye, Far Eastern Association and the Association of Pollock developers, manufacturers and suppliers of fish-processing factories and equipment, fishery managers and transport companies Primorsky Territory, scientists and customs.

The participants of the "round table" was considered by the concept of creating a Maritime fishing industry. Its mission - to organize an effective trade Russian products supplied directly from abroad, fishery, and ensure the growth of export transparency. Implementation of the project will also increase the amount of competitive processing on the beach with further sale to foreign and domestic markets.

According to the participants of the meeting, for the successful development of the fishing industry in the Maritime region has good bay, ice-free ports, year-round navigation. The depths at these ports allow the passage of all types of vessels, without exception. Developers have identified possible site for the complex - in Vladivostok in the Cape Nazimov in the Khasan district in the Slav settlements, Seal and fisherman as well as in Shkotovsky, near Cape Grape.

As was announced at the meeting, along with the construction of cluster science and the authorities need to devise a system to reduce administrative barriers by creating a "direct boxes" and "green corridor" for the fishing companies in order to attract Russian catches of fishermen in coastal ports.

Also, the participants of the meeting expressed the proposal to establish a management company on behalf of the State, which would have assisted in attracting foreign - mainly Chinese investors to set up a high-tech fish processing in the region. As for the composition of the products, fish processing should include a process and valyutoemky such as the production of fishmeal, which today has a high demand in the domestic and foreign markets. He will push China's monopoly in the production of the product, as well as a principle of zero waste.

According to the participants of the meeting, the complex will have not just an economic and strategic importance to Russia, as the Russian market will provide affordable high-quality fish and fish products.
