In Primorye, drunken bastard brutally beat and raped 9-year-old girl

The city Lesozavodsk a criminal case on the fact of brutal crimes against sexual inviolability of the child.

May 252013 in the city of Lesozavodsk police received a report of a woman rape a man unknown to her 9-year-old daughter. At the scene immediately came investigative team. According to the "hot pursuit" attacker was arrested. It appeared to be 18-year-old local resident.

With respect to the suspect by the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory initiated a criminal case on the grounds of an offense under subsection "b" of Part 4 of Art. 131 of the Criminal Code (rape).

According to investigators, in the evening May 252013 in Lesozavodsk suspected drunk assaulted two children. Holding one of the girls, the attacker brutally beat her and raped her. The second child was able to escape.

It is worth noting that earlier the suspect brought to trial for numerous crimes against property. The investigator prepared a motion to elect the suspect remand in custody. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
