Vladivostok residents killed a neighbor and stole his car

In Primorye, a local man convicted of murder, burglary, carjacking and kidnapping of a driving license.

Collected by the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory court found sufficient evidence to convict 27-year-old local resident. He was found guilty of an offense under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder), "c" Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code (theft), part 2. 325 of the Criminal Code (kidnapping of an important document), Part 1 Art. 166 of the Criminal Code (theft).

Investigation and the court found that at the end of January 2012 in an apartment on the street Anna Shchetinina in Vladivostok, the defendant in the course of an argument on the basis of personal hostile relations with its neighbor in the apartment stabbed him in the neck and killed him. Then stole out of the room, where he lived a neighbor, the money in the amount of 15 thousand rubles, and driver's license. Next, the defendant placed a dead body in his own car and drove away from the house, but at the intersection of streets and the Russian Anna Shchetinina lost control and collided with a concrete fence, and disappeared.

The court sentenced him to eight years in the form of imprisonment in a penal colony.
