During the meeting, Ruslan Chukanov noted the need to establish in Primorsky Krai base for training disabled athletes.

"We regularly present Primorye national competitions, but every year we do more and more difficult to do. Sport - one of the few areas where people with disabilities can realize. We have coaches, but there is no base, where you can gather and develop their skills, "- said Ruslan Chukanov.

As reported to the Governor Director of Physical Education and Sports, Jean Kuznetsov, regional budget this year includes about 30 million rubles for the purchase of the building base in the village of Willow. It is planned that the base will be fully converted for the disabled. Here we will have a new sports hall and the stadium.

Miklushevsky urged athletes personally inspect the proposed building and see how it meets all the requirements of people with disabilities.

"It is important to redevelop the building so that people with disabilities were comfortable there. Necessary to consider all - the width of stairs and passages, to see whether there were there the lifts. It is important to make sure that it was not just "for the sake of ribbons," and that people were happy, "- said Vladimir Miklushevsky.
