In Primorye pedophile commit sexual abuse against children aged 6 and 7

In the border area have completed the investigation of a criminal case against a man convicted of criminal acts against the sexual integrity of children.

Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory completed the investigation of the criminal case against 28-year-old local man who has committed criminal acts punishable under paragraph "b" part 4. 132 of the Criminal Code (sexual assault).

According to investigators, 28 August 2012 at the playground outside Central Station Przewalski man took the hand of a 6-year-old boy and hold him, led to a deserted place, where exposing sexual organs committed sexual abuse. After a few days in the same place the attacker committed similar acts in relation to the 7-year-old child. Because the victims are under the age of 12 years and because of young age were helpless and could not understand the nature and value of performed actions, the actions of the attacker regarded as sexual assault.

According to the forensic psychological and psychiatric examination of a man at the time of the offenses and is currently not aware of the actual nature of the actions and control them, and in need of direction for compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital general type.
