Investigators DVSU transport IC Russia completed the investigation of a criminal case against a minor resident of Primorsky Krai. The young man is accused of committing an offense under Part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code (illegal possession, transportation, manufacturing, without intent to sell drugs on a large scale). According to the investigators, in June this year, 17-year-old guy in a forest village Chkalovskoye Spassky district yuzhnomanchzhurskoy collected leaves of wild hemp. Of these, a young man with a solvent produced a drug - cannabis oil (hash oil), he admitted to himself. The young man mixed one part of tobacco, the second placed into syringes, and kept it all at home. July 26 he went from his native village to Vladivostok, where he was arrested right at the traffic police station staff. The young man was taken to the duty room of the Vladivostok line of the Interior Ministry of Russia. During the personal search he seized a paper parcel with a mixture of shredded pieces of tobacco with hash oil and three syringes with cannabis oil. According to the expert substance seized from the minor, is a narcotic drug cannabis oil (hash oil). Its total weight, based on the dried substance is 27297 grams. The consequence collected sufficient evidence presented in connection with which a criminal case has been referred to the prosecutor for allegations of the indictment.
