On Saturday, July 27 the club hosted a concert BSB Vladivostok alternative band "The belief in themselves," dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the group. The first performance was July 252003. Then the band played the opening act for the group "Last'y." 10 years later, the musicians of the same composition, which, by the way, has never changed, took to the stage to play in honor of the anniversary of their old and new songs. The band's songs reflect the social problems of today's society: social inequality, racism, and similar things that come across in life, perhaps, either. - I try to write lyrics with some meaning, I like to choose a specific problem and tell the audience about her - said after the concert vocalist Matthew Kravchenko told RIA «VladNews». - I believe that music should be socially active in nature and change people's attitude towards life. Play-list speech was made taking into account the history of songwriting: first walked compositions with more hardcore sound, then - more lyrical, written relatively recently, for example the song "Fly". - When we were young and just starting out, we really liked the distortion - said Matthew. - A year ago, our guitar player bought a guitar "Gibson" and a bunch of lotions and we started coming up with new moves, there was a wider audio format, in which direction we want to move on, to experiment. We all listen to different music: we can play in the car and heavy music, and light trip-hop and lounge or drum'n'base. Soon, the group plans to begin recording the single, which will include many favorite songs. - A lot of material, and we plan to write at least 4-5 songs - says Matthew. - Although the music is not our main income, for us it is a kind of safety valve. We have no plans to go to "Maxi-rock" and conquer Moscow, this is done not for the sake of money and fame, the group - this is our hobby, a way of expression.
