Recall the construction of buildings in this area of the city has long been controversial. Building permit issued last developer city government in 2003. Initially, the developer was planning to build in the heart of 18-story non-residential building, contrary to the traditions of historic buildings in this part of Vladivostok. According to the decision Gradsoveta contractor shall in the next week together with the architects to design a new project that is acceptable to everyone: professionals, residents of nearby houses and all citizens.
