"Velosipedizatsiya Vladivostok" - a social movement aimed at promoting cycling. Its organizer, Eugene Mamaev, spoke about veloparkovki, velovyhodnyh, velopiknikah and even orienteering. Separately, he referred to the death of a cyclist in a crash on the island of Russian. - Our main goal is not only to popularize the bicycle as a vehicle, - says Eugene - but also to the movement to "iron horse" in the city as comfortable as possible. Thus, the change to a bicycle, unloading tracks, there will be more people: to ideological supporters adding a simple lovers of comfort and convenience. But to do this - adds Eugene - need these to create the most comfortable conditions. The movement is making significant steps in this direction. For example, activists helped install veloparkovki near the administration building of the city. The first triangular parking lot on the design of "Velosipedizatsii Vladivostok" installed at Ocean Avenue, 90. But this movement is not going to stop veloprosvetitelskuyu activity. - During the summer, every week we held "Velovyhodnye" - says Eugene Mamaev. - In the near future in motion - to arrange a "Velopiknik."
