From Moscow to Khabarovsk two Il-76 Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered to the regional capital of the camp for up to 125 people, as well as 200 beds and 25 rescuers, RIA «VladNews» in DVRTS. This is the first part of the mobile tent camping deluxe designed to accommodate 500 people. It was isolated from a pool of the Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters and will be delivered to the disaster zone several flights. In the field camp will accommodate people who find themselves in the zone of possible flooding and affected by the passage of rain floods in the Khabarovsk Territory. The town consists of 110 residential tents, including flat type. In addition, it includes modules for location of the school, medical center, laundry facilities, clubhouse, administrative services.
