Обращаясь к выпускникам на торжественной церемонии вручения дипломов, Александр Приходько отметил: «Время вашего обучения совпало с масштабным событием в жизни страны: в России идет обновление важной правоохранительной структуры – современной российской полиции. Вам предстоит доказать на практике, что главными критериями в работе полиции являются компетентность, развитое чувство справедливости, моральная устойчивость. Полученные в стенах института знания помогут вам в службе. Но только постоянное повышение профессионального уровня может привести к тем высоким целям, которые вы перед собой ставите». На торжественном мероприятии Александр Приходько вручил слушателям и студентам 5 курса Владивостокского филиала Дальневосточного юридического института МВД России, успешно окончивших обучение, Почетные грамоты Думы города Владивостока.
