By the end of the heating season 2012-2013 deteriorated payment discipline of JSC «Kamchatskenergo», in comparison with the situation at the end of the heating season of 2011-2012 a tendency of delay of the consumer the payment for gas deliveries past months, amounting to 20-30% from cost of gas delivery in the respective months. In this regard, steps are being taken to equalize the situation with payments for gas: in addition to the monthly written notification of debts and claims handling, prepared and coordinated bilateral schedule of payments for gas by the end of 2013 assuming 100% of the monthly repayment and complete repayment of debts incurred. In addition, for the solution of the problem of non-payments of OAO «Kamchatskenergo», as the main consumer of gas in the Kamchatka region and the second largest in the far East Federal district, is working with the participation of representatives of the Krai administration, apparatus of the Plenipotentiary representative of RF President in the far Eastern Federal district and Russia OJSC. In 2013 OAO «Kamchatskenergo» increasingly goes on direct calculations with the population, bypassing the control of the company due to non-payment onslaught of the debt consumer of gas to the company.
