The head of Primorye region supported the introduction of the possibility to determine the tax rate on profits.
"Today announced that the Duma introduced legislation regarding tax benefits. Correctly give the region the opportunity to set the tax rate on profits, " - Said Miklushevsky. Chapter Primorye added that the order of evaluation of the tax rate can be as follows: the first 5 years - 0% for the next five years - up to 5%.
Recall that in the region plan to install facilities in respect of income tax for investors who intend to invest in the production of at least 150 million rubles for three years. Or not less than 500 million rubles in five years. This was Vladimir Miklushevsky said during "The Big Meeting" on March 26.
They will operate for ten preferential tax period. In the first half of this period, the income tax rate in its regional component will be zero in the second half - 5%.
The corresponding bill in the near future will go to the regional parliament.
