On the facts of the revealed infringements and district Prosecutor initiated on 6 administrative cases concerning a legal entity, LLC «forest - trade» by H. 3 tbsp. 1815 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (failure to notify the tax body about bringing to labour activity in the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen). Based on this consideration, LLC «forest - trade» brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine amounting to 2 million 400 thousand roubles. Resolutions of the Department of Federal migration service came into force and sent to the bailiff for execution.
