In 2013 for the purchase of apartments for orphans from the federal and local budgets of the regions of the Far East is allocated 1 billion 846 million rubles.

From the beginning, people were provided with 8 apartments. In the Far East, for these purposes in 2013 it is planned to purchase or build 1666 apartments. This was stated by the Ombudsman for Children in regions belonging to the Far Eastern Federal District. Also adopted an agreement that the Far East will be public control over the implementation of the rights of orphans.

First of all, on the control of the public will be the issue of orphans housing. The results of social control will be promptly sent to the envoy, Minister for Development of the Far East Victor Ishayev.

According to the machine ambassador today in the Far East, there are 45460 orphans and children left without parental care. Of these, according to the current standards are housing 17199 people. Eighteen years of age reached 4323 people, that is, they have obtained the right to housing.
