Gosdumovets from Vladivostok proposed fine for funeral wreaths along roads

State Duma deputy Valery Seleznev LDPR proposed a penalty for placing funeral paraphernalia on roadsides. The bill was sent to the speaker of the lower house of parliament, Sergei Naryshkin April 10.

According to the explanatory memorandum, the offense should be charged a penalty of 1.5 thousand. Under the funeral paraphernalia in law is a wreath, tombstones and fences.

Its initiative Seleznev told The driver who diverted to funeral wreaths on the roadside. «A reminder of death makes hard to think, to sink into my thoughts, which is not allowed during driving, since driving requires maximum attention and concentration» — Said in the explanatory note.
