FSB entered into an agreement on cooperation and interaction with special services and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Abkhazia, South Ossetia and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. It is planned to conclude similar agreements with other foreign countries.
Today, as part of agreements FSB seconded abroad for a period of 3 to 6 months for the advice and guidance to their intelligence agencies and law enforcement authorities. However, the question of sending employees to foreign countries on a permanent basis as advisers and experts of the security law is not settled.
