Friday evening, September 20 the Russian fishing schooner «Altai» was fired on North Korean warship in international waters the Sea of Japan.
It is reported that a fishing vessel with a cargo of live crab was directed to the South Korean city of Donghae. When entering into the neutral waters of Japan Sea schooner was fired automatic weapons and flares North Korean warship, then landed on its board of armed men from the North Korean ship.
