In Vladivostok, opened an international seminar on «Media World.» It is attended by about 50 representatives of the media, employees Societies for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Foreign Affairs Office of the Chinese city of Changchun, Xiamen, Mudanjiang, Suifenhe, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, and of course, their colleagues from Vladivostok. It is dedicated to the role of mass communications in the development of friendly relations and cooperation between cities Asia Pacific region. The seminar was opened by Head of International Relations and Tourism Administration of Vladivostok Vladimir Saprykin. He noted that today it is the Asia-Pacific region is the center of the international financial and business activity, the locomotive of the world economy, as well as many industrial sectors and humanitarian ties. A significant contribution to their development is made friendly relations and cooperation with the cities of Vladivostok Pacific, and, in particular, representatives of China. In the modern world it is difficult to overestimate the role of the media and their influence on public opinion. Vladivostok is actively adopted in the status of a center for international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. In the capital of Primorye has undergone tremendous transformation, which was not in the entire previous history of the city. Therefore, the issues of promoting this new image of Vladivostok go to one of the leading destinations. An important role here belongs to the media. These issues participants discussed in a «round table». They shared their experience of such joint activities and events discussed prospects of cooperation. The program includes a visit to TV «Vladivostok» and OTV-Prim that the level of professional communication acquainted with the work of editorial teams. It features a large and excursion program: they will pass on the new bridge, will get acquainted with the objects of the Vladivostok Fortress and other vivid historical and contemporary objects, then to talk about the capital of Primorye in their television and print ads.
