September 3 to Vladivostok from the Amur region returned task force formed from division staff oversight HBC Chief Emergency Management Russia Primorsky Krai of 20 people. At the station a detachment met colleagues and family with flowers. For them, the trip lasted about three weeks, during which time, the officers involved in carrying out rescue and relief to people affected by floods. Upon arrival on August 13 in Blagoveshchensk, the personnel was distributed by district of the Amur region, where once transgressed to the active actions: maintained contact between the heads of local administrations and departments Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, performed the task of haul products in the areas of flooding, provide first aid, evacuate people in temporary accommodation. According to the results of the work performed task force has received a letter from the head of the district administration Mazanovsky Amur region.
