67-year-old Vladimir halyavki, who led the closed Bolshoi Kamen, was sentenced 3.5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony — the court found him guilty of an offense under Part 3. 30 Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (attempt at fraud on a large scale). As the press service of the SU TFR in Primorsky Krai, the investigation and the court found that in May 2010 the defendant, using his official position, by deception, attempted to steal cash in the amount of 8 million, held by LLC «Remkonstruktsiya.» Cash defendant demanded to give him as a reward for alleged solution to the provision of the said organization to obtain land and permission to build a hotel complex in the Closed Bolshoi Kamen. The defendant was unable to bring its criminal intent before the end due to circumstances beyond his control, as he was detained by the police. The Court has appointed Vladimir halyavki punishment of imprisonment for a term of 3 years and 6 months to be served in a penal colony. The verdict has not come. The offense failed to disclose the result of joint action by the three law enforcement agencies: SU TFR in Primorsky Krai, Russia Research Affairs at Far Eastern Federal District and Federal Security Service of the Primorsky Territory.
