According to the organizers, the festival is designed not only to showcase the rich and diverse culture of Latin America, to introduce residents and visitors to the seaside capital of ethnic music, art, dance and cooking, but also tie a long term business cooperation between the countries of Latin America and the Russian Far East. The objectives of the business of the conference is to strengthen the business, economic and trade relations between the Primorsky Territory and the countries of Latin America, the exchange of experience, familiarity with new technologies.
