July 25 Primorsky Regional Court on the basis of a guilty verdict, the jury sentenced 34-year-old man from the village of Yaroslavka. The defendant was found guilty of three crimes - murder and robbery (§ 's "Part 2 of Art. 105 paragraph" a "of Part 4 of Art. 162), and 2 of art. 325 of the Criminal Code (kidnapping of documents). Murder and robbery are considered serious offenses. As stated at the hearing, a man committed a crime in October 2011.
