The organizers of the competition was the yacht club «Seven Feet» with the support of the Federation of Sailing Primorsky Krai. The competition took place five days of racing, 4 of which were composed of various tests, and the last day of racing — team race in the class of «optimist». This regatta was attended by over 70 young sailors from Vladivostok, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk, Sakhalin, and the village Busan. The competition took place in the classroom, «optimist», «Cadet», «420», «Laser 4.7 \’and\’ Laser Radial.» Team races were held in a separate competition in the format of a match-flight.
