Земля предоставляется бесплатно в собственность для индивидуального жилищного строительства. Два участка расположены в районе улицы Курильской, 60, еще четыре – с привязкой к адресу улица Коралловая, 2а ( район Подгороденки). На сегодня землю во Владивостоке под индивидуальное жилищное строительство получили 107 семей, еще три семьи – под дачное хозяйство. Наделы предоставляются в пригороде Владивостока – в соответствующих зонах использования (для ИЖС либо дачного хозяйства). Специалисты администрации Владивостока продолжают подготовку участков для многодетных под индивидуальное жилищное строительство. На ближайшую перспективу намечена разработка документации по планировке территории в районе улицы Артековской, 10.
