In the Duma of Vladivostok a meeting of the Working Group on the Development of Physical Culture, which addressed certain provisions of the draft municipal program «Sports Vladivostok» in 2014 — 2018 years.

The head of the working group chairman of the committee on the budget, taxes and finances of the city of Vladivostok Duma Vladimir Isakov. It consists of a Duma deputy Konstantin Tsybulin, as well as representatives of the city administration, sports organizations.
As explained Vladimir Isakov, the program «Sports Vladivostok» during its implementation since 2009 has proven to be effective: the city has built and rehabilitated a large number of School playgrounds, sports fields, hockey boxes. Now, a draft of a similar program for the next five years.
«The project provides a large amount of capacity and improving sports infrastructure. So, in Vladivostok plans to build five fitness centers. At the meeting of the working group just discussed the fact that these complexes should have a different focus. For example, one may specialize in water sports: swimming, diving, water polo, synchronized swimming.
Another set — by playing sports. Need a sports center for arts, athletics. Also, the project provides for the reconstruction of existing stadiums and sports grounds. In addition, the program will have a new section: the repair and reconstruction of school gyms, many of which need to be updated, «- said Vladimir Isakov.
Work on the project will continue. At the next meeting of the working group will consider issues relating to sports federations.
