In Primorye to long-term imprisonment, sentenced a local resident for the use of violent acts of a sexual nature to young children. As has told to the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Elena Telegina, 27 June 2013 Primorsky regional court resident, Ussuriisk convicted of three of especially grave crimes against the sexual inviolability (article 132 of the criminal code). As established in the court session, the man had been subjected to sexual abuse of two children. So, in February 2006 when at home, together with three son of his wife, in the absence of the mother of the child, took advantage of his helpless condition and had committed against him sodomy. Later these same steps, but with violence, he committed in 2011 when the boy was 9 years old and he was able to give him the resistance. In addition, in the summer of 2009 a man subjected to sexual violence and their three-year old daughter. The guilt of the defendant to the crime is not acknowledged, however, on the basis of submitted by the public Prosecutor of the evidence, the court found it proven guilty, sentenced by aggregate of crimes, to 20 years \’ imprisonment in a correctional colony of strict regime. The verdict of the court in force has not entered.
