The first issue on the agenda — preparing for the winter season 2013-2014. The meeting discussed the implementation of plans for the Far Eastern regions of emergency repair networks. According to his speech, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of RF President in the Far Eastern Federal District Vladimir Sirkin, Yakutia and Primorsky Krai decreased funding for emergency repair of networks, but the volume of work increased in Primorye.
