Prosecutor's inspection in respect of activities

Prosecutor's inspection in respect of activities of territorial administration of Rosimuschestvo in the Primorsky Krai, revealed numerous violations in the field of privatization. As reported by the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Elena Telegina, in the course of Supervisory activities in activity that Rosimushchestvo in the region revealed violations in exercising control over the management, disposal and intended use of the Federal property and control over observance of conditions of lease agreements, as well as the order of consideration of references of citizens. Municipal and district prosecutors facts of infringement of requirements to information support of the privatization of property (including completeness of the information subject to publication of informational messages), the order of management of bodies of local self-government registries municipal property. There were some cases of submission of documents not stipulated by law violation when attaching property to the municipal unitary enterprises and institutions, as well as cases of improper performance of bodies of local self-government responsibilities for handling the ownerless objects in municipal ownership. The results of the Prosecutor's investigation revealed the facts of the provision of state and municipal property to a third party in violation of the established order, including without bidding, without the consent of the owner, without the conclusion of contracts, without conducting an evaluation of the use of property in the absence of legal grounds. Just prosecutors detected about 500 violations of the law, in order to address the unlawful legal acts brought 62 protest, made 158 representations about elimination of infringements of the law, the court directed the 19 petitions, filed 11 cases about the administrative offences. The results of the examination of acts of prosecutorial response and elimination of identified violations of the law are under control in the Prosecutor's edge.
