In the city of Vladivostok were repeatedly marked by cases of illegal cutting of trees and shrubs. Vandals, most often remaining «unidentified persons», savagely cut down the «green lungs» of the city. As has told to the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Elena Telegina, The police asked the locals, having informed about the illegal felling of green plantations in the forest near the house № 3 on Ul. Storm with the use of construction equipment. After the review of this message precinct op № 6 Moi Russia, Vladivostok decision to refuse to initiate a case on administrative violation, provided for senior 19.1 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (arbitrariness). However, the Prosecutor with the opinion of the precinct police Commissioner disagreed: Checking the legality and validity of the decision taken, the Prosecutor established that unknown persons illegally tried to pave the way in the area by destruction of green plantations in the protected forest area, which indicates the presence in them of actions of signs of a crime under the senior 260 of the criminal code (illegal forest felling). In this connection, prosecutors lodged a protest against the illegal resolution of the precinct and sent the demand to initiate a criminal case. After the intervention of the Prosecutor\’s office by the investigator of Soviet district police Department № 6 Moi Russia, Vladivostok criminal case according to p. g o\’clock 2 item 260 of the criminal code. Currently the case is conducted the preliminary investigation, the results of which are controlled by the district Prosecutor\’s office.
