Department of the interior Ministry of Russia for the Primorsky Krai officially reported that the head of the Center of licenses and permits of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai Vyacheslav Prostyakov will be dismissed in the nearest time «in connection with the Commission of an act defamatory to the honour of the employee of the Department of the interior». Also, the press-service of the regional Ministry of internal Affairs officially notifies that «the number of managers will be subject to strict disciplinary responsibility». It is worth Recalling that the story with the arrest of a number of employees of the regional «лицензионки» originates at the end of 2012 it was then that the intelligence officers of the Primorsky FSB investigators of one of the divisions SU TFR for the Primorsky Krai were holding the first searches in the building of the Centre of giving licenses. As has established a consequence, the money were transferred through an intermediary. All the accused during this time it was received bribes in the amount of not less than 3 mln 650 thousand rubles. The arrest and dismissal of Vyacheslav a.prostjakova\’s were predictable actions and, in General, no surprise evoke. Surprised, however, the fact that there is still not announced what training and security structures serve as bribe givers. Today, unfortunately, no information is available about criminally prosecuted under Art. 291 of the criminal code (bribery of an official person) officials of the training centres and security structures, donated money to the then head of the Center of licenses and permits of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai. If to speak about justice, then sit in jail should not only Prostyakov, but those who put him money And their names and positions, too, should be made public!
