Found that societies with limited liability «Горжилуправление-1», «Горжилуправление-3» and «guarantor-Service» has not developed a list of energy conservation measures, which contradicts the requirements of the Federal legislation on energy saving. Besides, as it turned out, in the moment of checking the owners of the premises did not know of the coming expenses necessary for the conduct of such activities, volumes of the expected decline in the use of energy resources and payback period of the proposed activities. In connection with the abuses of the Prosecutor of the city of Nakhodka instituted administrative proceedings against officials of management companies, following consideration of the person brought to administrative responsibility under\’clock 5 tbsp. 916 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with those responsible for the maintenance of apartment houses, the requirements on developing and bringing to the attention of owners of premises in tenement-houses proposals with energy conservation and energy efficiency in multi-apartment buildings) and pay fines in the amount of 15 thousand rubles. After the intervention of the Prosecutor\’s office to the owners of premises in tenement-houses brought proposals on measures for energy conservation and energy efficiency.
