Besides, the head of the Viking and The» accused of breaking the law on enforcement proceedings, which resulted in non-compliance with lawful requirements of the bailiff, as a result of which the head of the debtor must now pay an administrative fine in the amount of 10000 roubles. As reported in the press service UFSSP, if the debtor fails to take measures to install a ramp to the entrance to the grocery store, «the chief of the Viking, who is head of the commercial enterprise, be prosecuted under Art. 315 of the criminal code (failure to execute a verdict of court).
