- This tragedy should not have happened. Thus, they are endangering the lives and health of its employees, as well as the general public.

Gross violation of safety rules when working near power lines is not the first time leads to tragedy. A similar accident occurred in Vladivostok, just three weeks ago, when the driver of the crane, performing work under the power lines, received serious burns.
