Brilliant show opens in Vladivostok Season fountains

Evening of April 30 on the waterfront in Vladivostok was a spectacular show of water and light. In 22 hours solemnly under volleys of colorful fireworks danced and sang the main tsvetomuzykalny fountain seaside capital. Anticipating the most exciting time, Mayor Igor Pushkarev citizens declared that it is now on the eve of the opening of the Season fountains of summer and beach season will be a new tradition in Vladivostok, along with such new traditions of the city as walking over the bridge.
After that, the first mayor made a wish and threw a coin into the fountain. With the first splashes of water, hundreds of citizens who came to participate in the seasonal outdoor fountains, throwing coins and made wishes and photographed on a background of water color music extravaganza.
Now the fountains will be working in the city every day. On weekdays, and 22 hours on weekends and public holidays - up to 24 hours.
Recall that the largest fountain in Vladivostok (a diameter of 12 meters and a main jet reaches a height of 20 meters) appeared on the Sports Harbor in 1985 the 125th anniversary of Vladivostok. But over time, building lost its color music accompaniment, as in an ordinary fountain functioned irregularly.
In the past, the mayor of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev ordered to restore the main fountain. Were carried out waterproofing work in the basin of the fountain, refurbished board, installed the necessary equipment and artistic lighting. July 72012 the main fountain began working in Vladivostok.
