At a meeting of the Legislative Assembly deputies passed in three readings amendments to the law «On the budget of the territorial fund of obligatory medical insurance Primorsky Territory for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015.» Adjustments related to the receipt of money from the federal fund MLA. Given the changes in the territorial fund revenues in 2013 amounted to 17.3 billion rubles, expenses — 17.8 billion, the deficit — 503 million rubles. Total income and expenses TFOMS for 2014 and 2015 will amount to 18.7 and 22.4 billion, respectively.
The size of intergovernmental transfers from the Federal Fund this year will be 15.7 billion rubles from the regional budget — 1.3 billion rubles.
TFOMS costs in the amount of 17 billion rubles will be allocated for the execution of the territorial mandatory health insurance program. Recall that this year due to mandatory health insurance funds are financed public health facilities, the cost of a medical examination of all citizens, an additional benefit local doctors and nurses, and emergency medical care.
At 2013 also extended the payment of compensation to graduates of medical schools and young doctors who have moved to work in the countryside. For this purpose in the budget TFOMS provided 50 million.
