Meeting of the Commission for Minors held in Vladivostok
This week in the administration of the city of Vladivostok on the initiative of the City Commission for minors and protection of their rights has been a coordination meeting on early identification of family trouble.
The meeting was chaired by the Vice Chairman of the Juvenile Constantine Mezhonova representatives of departments of custody and guardianship of the city, the department of education, health, prosecutors, police and district commissions for minors.
As highlighted during the meeting, an important area of work is in the early detection of dysfunctional families in which minor children are brought up. Identification of these families are engaged in prevention bodies, staff at children's clinics and indifferent to the fate of children citizens.
One of the main tasks for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and neglect, pursued by the experts, is the initiation of children and adolescents who are registered in commissions for minors and protection of their rights and are at risk for social, cultural and sporting life of the city. Recall that with such children in all parts of the city and work more "street educators", attracting minors to participate in various activities that are concerned with the management of Youth Affairs and Administration of Sport.
