Investigators at Primorsky Krai completed work on the criminal case against fraudsters, deceived 13 residents of the province to the amount of 21 million rubles.

The investigation established that the 27-year-old girl, posing as an employee of the Department of Land Relations, more than ten times resold public land intended for research purposes.
The defendant offered to register the land in the property by paying the minimum amount. Being familiar with the mapping, it is the picturesque sites and demonstrated gullible buyers.
Trusting a fraud, people handed the money to the procedure of registration in the property, topographic mapping, a surcharge of BTI Trusting buyers were unaware that the land belongs to the state, and the woman has long been not working anywhere.
Moreover, the whole process of «shopping» was documented checks and promissory notes. After receiving the money from the customer, a woman stopped answering phone calls and disappeared. For fraud on a large scale it is threatened with imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.
