According to investigators, the defendant was the mother of two young children in 2006 and 2007 birth and lived with them in the closed city of Fokine. Systematically leave the children alone, did not care about nutrition, daily locked their room, depriving them of their freedom and left them without food or water, and deprived of food as a punishment for misdeeds. The house did not have central heating, water supply and sanitation, she accused at that time left the city and returned Fokino in just 8 days. From December 2010 to January 2011 the defendant led an idle life, and despite the low temperature of the air at this time of year, from -6.4 to -26.4 degrees Celsius repeatedly left children unattended and care for a few days at home, without food and water, and warm clothing, causing suffering from cold and hunger.

The second decade of December 2011 the accused was resident in the street Okatova with a man hiding from him that has two small children. Last time she visited children living alone in a house on Vsevolod Sibirtseva February 32011 and almost 2 weeks later, when the accused came back to the house, both children were dead. The woman hid her body under the porch of the same house. At the same time on the phone woman reported her ex-husband that the children all right.

Juvenile death was the result of deliberate criminal acts of the defendant that caused the depletion, the subsequent general hypothermia, causing irreversible processes in the body, that is their deliberate actions of the accused killed her children.

The consequence collected sufficient evidence presented in connection with a criminal case to the court for consideration on the merits.
