With the launch of SMS-service to the citizens of the Vladivostok Administration Office of Transport has been able in real time to monitor the situation inside the bus.

Within two weeks of the new service in the management of more than 1000 messages were received from passengers. Most of them — it\’s complaints about the behavior of drivers at work on the line. This was discussed at the meeting under the leadership of Mayor Igor Pushkarev, which took place in the administration yesterday, April 15.

During the meeting, the head strongly recommend carriers to take seriously the problems reported by the passengers, and sensitization to the driver structure.

«It is unacceptable that in a driver, who smoke in lounges violate traffic rules and are rude to the passengers, — said Igor Pushkarev. — Therefore, companies that want to continue to work quietly on their routes, to correct this situation.»
