In Primorye, 93-year-old widow of a veteran considered unworthy of new housing

Conducted by the prosecutor's office handling widows WWII check found that pensioner appealed to the administration of Christmas village with its application for the registration of those in need of housing. The woman gave the necessary documents proving their right to benefits.

However, the administration rejected a widow for registration due to the fact that the pensioner did not provide proof of the right to use housing, which it occupies. Meanwhile, the check found that the surviving party to the right of property owned house, which does not actually exist in 1996. Other flats but virtually absent in the property from the widow not.

In these circumstances, given the status of a resident and his advanced age, lack of comfortable living space, the failure of the local authorities in the formulation of its registration in need of housing is illegal. And so Dalnerechensky Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against the refusal to recognize the administration illegal and put the widow of duties on the account.
