Investigative agencies seaside TFR completed the investigation of the criminal case against 17-year-old resident of the village nailing. He is accused of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 139 of the Criminal Code (illegal entry into a dwelling).
According to the investigation, in October last year in the village of nailing one of the houses, whose owners have left work, leaving at 6-year-old child, have got two boys in 1999 and born in 1996. Attackers tore off the door lock, entered the house, where they drank tea and ate and played computer games. Fun, friends disappeared.
One of the attackers has not reached the age of criminal responsibility and can not be brought to trial, the evidence collected against the second, in connection with which a criminal case with the indictment to the court.
