Primorsky Regional Court for a number of very serious sexual offenses against young girls, as well as rape and murder of a student class 1 sentenced 48-year-old resident of Lesozavodsk.

, The preliminary investigation and the court found that
convicted in the period from March 15 to July 232010 in his apartment in Lesozavodsk repeatedly, the three young girls commit indecent assault and one of them raped her.
He\’s February 22011 in the residential area station Ruzhino lured into his car seven-year girl, brought her in a forested area where raped and then strangled her.
The court agreed with the opinion of the public prosecutor,
admitted to prove his guilt of the crimes under Art. 135 Part 3 of the Criminal Code (sexual abuse of a person known to be under 12 years of age), Art. 132 Part 4 paragraph «b» of the Criminal Code (other sexual acts committed with the use of a helpless state of the victim, committed on a person under 14 years of age), Art. 131 Part 4 paragraph «b» (rape with violence and using the helpless state of the victim who has not attained 14 years of age), 105 part 2 of paragraph «c», «a» of the Criminal Code (murder of a minor, knowingly the perpetrator is in a helpless state, involving rape).
Convicted for his acts was sentenced to life imprisonment in a penal colony of special regime.
